How do I send/upload artwork?
Once your order is complete, simply reply to email@example.com with the artwork that you would like printing/Embroidered on the products. Also please let us know if you have a delivery deadline.
Can we talk with someone if I don’t see all the information I need on line?

Will I get an artwork proof before you print/embroider my order?
We always email you a visual before we print/ embroider your order and do not proceed until you are 100% happy with the proof.
Can we see samples before we buy?
Yes! The samples will not be personalised to you and are returnable.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
Which shipping carrier is used?
GLS Couriers is our main courier.
What is a tape charge?
This is the cost for making the embroidery disc that is then used in the machine to embroider your artwork onto the products.
